EMAIL LIST SUBSCRIBERS

We strongly encourage people to sign up to our email list. All subscribers should expect to receive news on upcoming sales through our online store, upcoming projects set to release, and/or incentives sent exclusively to our subscribers (discount count codes, gift cards, giveaways, early access to an release, etc.). 

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. UNLESS THERE ARE DAMAGES OR MISPRINTS NOTICED ON YOUR ITEM UPON ARRIVAL. 

Please check that the product sizing, shipping address, and billing address you submit is correct, as it cannot be modified or changed. If your items are returned to us because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package. Orders cannot be modified, they will only be cancelled if there are critical errors to your items order.

 

SHIPPING

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after on Fridays, over the weekend, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped through USPS Priority International Mail, and are subject to duties/taxes/customs upon delivery as these are not applied in the shipping total.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items designated as a “pre-order” are not readily available at the time of release, and are set to be delivered at a later date. Please check the product description for the item you are purchasing, as it includes a date that you can expect the item to be shipped/delivered by.
